LIABILITY

Grassroots Traveller Ltd is part of the Grassroots Group Co. Ltd acts as an agent for hotels, tours and transportation services and facilities provided by 3rd parties, firms or entities and cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, damage, injury or accident, change of itineraries which may occur through the negligence of any individual or company entrusted with such service.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. All cancellations must be done in writing and receipt thereof acknowledged by Grassroots Traveller Ltd to be a valid cancellation.

2. Cancellation of bookings with accommodation included is subject to the following conditions:

– 30 days or less prior to the booking, 100% cancellation fee without refund.

For other activities (tours, transfers et al) the below would be applicable:

– Cancellations made 07 calendar days prior to the tour date, refund: 95% of booking amount – Cancellations made 05 – 07 calendar days prior to the tour date, refund: 80% of the booking amount – Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the tour/transfer date, refund: 0% of the booking amount.

3. You will not be entitled to refunds for a no show or for partially used services.

4. In the unlikely event of a misquotation being made by Grassroots Traveller Ltd we reserve the right to cancel a booking without any liability if the misquote results in a cost implication and any payment already made will be refunded to you.

5. Similarly Grassroots Traveller Ltd will not be held liable for any error on our website, brochures or other advertising and marketing material, and reserves the right to correct it once any such error has been brought to our attention, which may result in the cancellation of a booking and refund of any payment already made, without any liability arising on behalf of Grassroots Traveller Ltd.

6. Should any errors occur on our website, brochures or other advertising or marketing material with regard to pricing, Grassroots Traveller Ltd reserves the right to correct it as soon as it is brought to our attention and cannot be held bound thereby.

7. No refunds are available once services are booked.

– All hotel, tour & transfer schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded. – No refund will be given for any portions of the service unused by the traveller after your departure regardless of circumstances.
